Below you’ll find everything you need to know about our services, products, and hair care tips to help you get the most out of your wig, bundles, or install. we’re always happy to help!

  • For clients who are new to wigs and extensions, we highly recommend starting with our Silk Virgin Collection.

We advise against beginning with raw hair, as it requires a higher level of maintenance and offers little margin for trial and error. Virgin hair, on the other hand, is more beginner-friendly and allows you to gradually learn proper hair care techniques. It provides a more forgiving experience while still offering beautiful, high-quality results — making it the ideal choice for those just starting their hair journey.

  • Real human hair feels soft, moves naturally, can handle heat, and smells like burnt protein when burned. Synthetic or blended hair is usually shinier, melts with heat, and smells like plastic. If it melts instead of turning to ash, it’s not 100% real.

  • Raw hair is completely unprocessed human hair — meaning it hasn’t been chemically treated, steamed, or altered in any way. It usually comes in its natural straight or slightly wavy texture.

Textures like Burmese curly, kinky curly, kinky straight, body wave, or bone straight are considered virgin hair, not raw, because they’ve been processed to achieve a specific pattern. Since raw hair must remain untouched, any texture that requires processing doesn’t qualify as raw.

  • We believe in giving our clients the best quality possible. HD lace is the thinnest and most seamless lace on the market, which means it blends flawlessly with any skin tone and creates the most natural-looking hairline. It’s lightweight, undetectable, and perfect for achieving a luxury finish — exactly what we want every client to experience.

  • We use a maximum of 2–3 donors per bundle in the Silk Virgin Collection. This helps maintain the luxury, high-quality standard we aim for. Using more than 3 donors can affect consistency in texture and durability — and we don’t believe it meets our standard for that high-end finish. Simply put: the more donors, the less quality you get.

  • Our hair is made to last with the right care. Virgin hair typically lasts 1–2 years, while raw hair can last 5–10 years. To get the most out of your hair, we recommend using sulfate-free products, minimizing heat, and following a consistent care routine.

  • Dryness in hair can result from product buildup, insufficient moisture, or heat damage. While many people focus primarily on shampooing, conditioning is an equally essential step in maintaining healthy hair and is often overlooked.

Shampoo serves to cleanse the hair by removing dirt, impurities, and the hair’s natural oils. However, this cleansing process can also strip the hair of vital moisture. Conditioner plays a critical role in restoring that moisture, replenishing hydration, and helping to maintain the hair’s softness and manageability.

For optimal hair health, we recommend using sulfate-free shampoos, followed by a nourishing conditioner, complemented by the application of light oils or hydrating sprays, and minimizing excessive heat exposure.

  • Some shedding is normal. However, rough brushing, heat damage, or unsealed wefts can cause excess shedding. Be gentle, use wide-tooth combs, and wrap your hair at night.

  • We recommend the use of sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners, lightweight leave-in conditioners, heat protectants, and minimal amounts of oils. It is essential that the products employed are free of sulfates and that conditioners do not contain added alcohol, particularly avoiding formulations where alcohol appears among the first four listed ingredients, as these can cause excessive dryness and damage to the hair.

  • Every 2–3 weeks or whenever there's buildup. Always air-dry and avoid heavy oils or high heat.
